CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellations will be communicated by the Client directly to the Hotel Izvoare reception, at fax 0350 412 200, or e-mail: office@hotelizvoare.ro / rezervari@hotelizvoare.ro / and will come into force only after confirmation by the latter.
In the case of reservations for individual clients, the Client may cancel or modify without penalty, directly at the hotel, the services ordered at least 48 hours before the client’s arrival. Cancellation after this term is considered a “No Show” and is invoiced at 100% of the contracted room rate for the entire contracted period.
If the accommodation period is reduced during the stay, the full value of the accommodation will be invoiced.

Additional Information

Rates are expressed in lei/room /night and include VAT.
Accommodation rates do not include the tourist promotion tax. The value of the tourist promotion tax is 2% of the value of the accommodation rate excluding VAT, for each day of accommodation and is collected separately from the accommodation rate in accordance with Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code, art. 484 and HCL no. 123/27.12.2022
Half-board accommodation packages include a 9% VAT rate and are rates with a buffet breakfast and a budget, type of account statement, in the amount of 120lei /person /day for lunch /dinner. Lunch/dinner can be served in the a la carte restaurant open between 11:00-23:00.
The menu for lunch and dinner is a la carte (it is not a fixed, pre-established menu).
The amount of 120 lei /pers /day is used for lunch/dinner or consumption at the pool bar. Both meals can also be served within the allocated budget. If the allocated budget is exceeded, the difference can be paid directly at the restaurant or at the end of the stay.
For the summer season, reservations are made only for half-board accommodation. The budget allocated for meals during this period is 120 lei /person. Meals can be served a la carte either in the restaurant or on the terrace in the pool area.
The accommodation rates in the off-season – 08.01.2024-20.06.2025 – are rates with breakfast included. In this case, we can offer accommodation with half-board or full board, at the client’s request. The bill for additional meals will be at least 120 lei /day.
Seasonal accommodation rates – 20.06.2025-06.9.2025 (inclusive) – are half-board rates: buffet breakfast and a budget of 120 lei/person/day for lunch/dinner, served a la carte in the restaurant or on the terrace in the pool area.
The triple room rate, in season, includes the budget of 120 lei/day for the third person, including children aged 7-14.
During the summer season, reservations are made for a minimum of 3 nights of accommodation. As an exception, last minute reservations can be made for 2 nights, depending on the availability of the day.
For the 4th person staying in the Executive, Romantic Suite, Junior Suite, President Suite rooms, additional costs are charged (accommodation, breakfast and access to the pool), respectively 135 lei /night for adults and 80 lei /night for children aged 7-14 years.
Rates are differentiated for weekends and weekdays. Weekends are considered Friday and Saturday.
Reservations are confirmed only after paying a 50% deposit. The deposit can be paid either by bank transfer or by pre-authorizing a credit /holiday card.
The difference up to the total value of the accommodation services will be paid until check-in or directly at the reception with cash or card.
Reservations can be canceled without penalty 48 hours before the arrival date. The deposit will not be returned for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival date.
Telephone reservations, not guaranteed by paying a deposit or providing a valid bank card, are kept in the reservation system until 17:00 on the day of check-in. After this time, without prior confirmation, reservations will be canceled from the system.
For weekends, reservations are made for a minimum of 2 nights of accommodation regardless of the room type. (FRIDAY – SATURDAY – SUNDAY).
Standard rooms are designed for a maximum of 2 adults and a child under 7 years old, staying with parents, without an extra bed. This type of room has two twin beds that can be joined together and does not have a balcony.
For Deluxe rooms accommodated in Triple mode, an extra bed, a rollaway bed will be added for children aged between 7 and 14 years. This type of room has two twin beds joined together, equipped with a protective topper and does not have a balcony.
For Superior and King rooms accommodated, there is no possibility of adding an extra bed, a rollaway bed. Children under 7 years old will be accommodated free of charge in the room with their parents, without an extra bed.
Executive rooms are equipped with a double bed and an extendable sofa, bathroom with bathtub, balcony. The maximum accommodation capacity is 3 adults or families with 2 and 1 or 2 children.
King rooms are equipped with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub, terrace.
The Romantic Suite is open space, equipped with a double bed, an extendable sofa, bathroom with bathtub, without a balcony or terrace. It has a maximum accommodation capacity of 4 people, (2 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children).
The Junior Suite apartments are equipped with a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a dividing door, without a balcony and are intended for a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children.
The Prezident Suite apartment with a terrace is open space, equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a terrace. It has a maximum accommodation capacity of 4 people, (4 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children).
The Prezident Suite apartment with a balcony is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a dividing door, with a balcony and is intended for a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children.
Children up to 7 years old benefit from free accommodation and breakfast if no extra bed is requested.
Children between 7 and 14 years old staying in an extra bed pay 135 lei /night. The rate includes VAT, local tax, accommodation, breakfast, access to the outdoor pool.
Children over 14 years old pay the full accommodation and breakfast rates of an adult.
For the 4th person accommodated in the Executive, Romantic Suite, Junior Suite, President Suite rooms, additional costs are charged (accommodation, breakfast and access to the pool), respectively 135 lei /night in the off-season and 255 lei /night, of which 120 lei is the bill for lunch/dinner, in the season.
In the off-season, children between 7 and 14 years old can be accommodated in rooms with their parents (Deluxe, Executive, Romantic Suite, Junior Suite, President Suite) in a triple room regime. The room rate includes VAT, accommodation, access to the outdoor pool and breakfast (including for the child).
In exceptional cases and only with the written consent of the Provider, confirmed by the written consent of the tourist, a child aged between 7-10 years old is accommodated in a bed with the parents in Standard, Superior or King Deluxe rooms, the rate for breakfast, accommodation and access to the pool being 80 lei /night.
Access to the swimming pool, playground for children (under 9 years old), gym, internet and parking are offered free of charge.
The Finnish (dry) sauna is a service offered for a fee to tourists, the cost being 30 lei /person.
