AGREEMENT REGARDING THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE SITE AND ITS USE

Please read the terms and conditions of use set out below carefully before using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services through hotelizvoare.ro. By accessing hotelizvoare.ro, you agree to accept, without limitation or qualification, all of these terms and conditions of use.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please leave the hotelizvoare.ro website.

1. Terms and conditions of use

This document refers to the conditions under which the website www.hotelizvoare.ro can be used. By accessing or using the website www.hotelizvoare.ro, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or delete parts of these terms at any time, without notice, and, to the extent not otherwise provided, such changes will become effective immediately. As such, please check these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the website after changes to this agreement have been made will mean that you accept those changes.

2. User rights

The user of www.hotelizvoare.ro has the right to access and view the content of the site, to print parts of it on paper and to save pages in electronic format, exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. The site is available only to natural or legal persons who can conclude valid contracts in accordance with Romanian law. Expressly, the site and the services offered through it are not available to persons under 18 years of age. The materials available on or through the site are provided solely for informational purposes.

3. User obligations

This site, together with all its modules and materials, is the registered property of Biosan SRL.

You agree to comply with the following obligations including but not limited to:

It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, modify, transmit or distribute the site and the materials presented without the permission of BIOSAN SRL. Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials contained may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, intellectual property or other legal regulations.
It is prohibited to transmit political, pornographic, racist or any other materials that violate the law.
It is prohibited to create databases or manuals by downloading the content of the site page by page. Copies may only be made in accordance with the terms of use.
The information provided by you must not contain viruses, “Trojan Horses”, “logic bomb” mechanisms or other programming methods designed to interfere with or intercept the operation of our system.

The content of our site may include statistical modules, links to and from external sites, as well as other materials from third parties. These are included because we consider them relevant to you or to S.C. Biosan SRL. We disclaim any responsibility regarding the accuracy, content or availability of information found on sites that are linked to this site. The content of these sites may change without prior notice, which is why we are not responsible for the content, services or any other situations related to or originating from these sites. These third-party sites may use their own cookies, collect data or request information from users.

You agree that you use the site at your own risk. SC BIOSAN SRL assumes no responsibility for the correctness and accuracy of the information presented. www.hotelizvoare.ro is a site with informative content. SC BIOSAN SRL does not guarantee in any way, explicitly or implicitly, the timeliness and completeness of the data and information published on the site. Any inconsistencies or errors that may occur between the content of the site and the actual information do not imply any liability, of any nature, on the part of SC BIOSAN SRL. We reserve the right to modify, correct or improve the site at any time, without prior notice.

The data and information publicly accessible on this site do not constitute guarantees, advice or commitment on the part of SC BIOSAN SRL.

SC BIOSAN SRL shall not be liable to any person or entity for any damages whatsoever resulting, directly or indirectly, from the use of the site, as a result of any error or omission. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations when it is proven that a guest is engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activities, without any liability to you.

7. Newsletter and promotional materials

Following your consent, you may receive promotional materials, offers or surveys from us or our collaborators. If you wish to no longer receive such materials, please contact us via the contact page on the site or at the e-mail address: office@hotelizvoare.ro.

8. Rates

Rates differ depending on the type of room chosen, the package selected, the period of accommodation, as well as the number of people who will be accommodated in the respective room.
All rates displayed on the site, in official offers and on booking platforms include VAT, in accordance with the legislation in force in Romania.
Currently, the standard VAT rate applicable is 21% for general services and 11% for accommodation and public catering services (11% and 21% VAT).
The rates displayed on the site are expressed per room, per night, and include:
- breakfast,
- free Wi-Fi,
- free parking,
- access to the outdoor swimming pool with thermal water and hot tub,
- access to the gym,
- access to the indoor playground.
In the case of special offers, the rates are expressed per person and vary depending on the room type. Each special offer (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, December 1, March 8, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, Pentecost, etc.) is personalized and presented in detail.
During school holidays and the summer season, rooms are exclusively available through half-board accommodation packages.
Half board accommodation rates include:
- Swedish buffet breakfast,
- a statement budget of 120 lei/person/day for lunch/dinner (served à la carte in the restaurant),
- access to the outdoor swimming pool with thermal water and hot tub,
- access to the gym,
- free parking and Wi-Fi.
Rates do not include the tourist promotion tax, representing 2% of the value of the accommodation rates (excluding VAT/room/night), according to Local Council Decision no. 123/27.12.2022. Rates are expressed in RON.
Rates are differentiated for weekends and weekdays. Weekends are considered: Friday and Saturday.
For the weekend, reservations are made for a minimum of 2 nights of accommodation, regardless of room type (Friday – Saturday – Sunday).

9. Booking policy

Reservations can be made through: direct reservations on the website, email, telephone, authorized partners (travel agencies), online platforms (e.g. Booking).
The reservation is considered completed only after confirmation by email.
For direct reservations on the site or those made through online platforms, a credit card guarantee will be requested to confirm the reservation.
Your reservation can only be confirmed if you provide us with all the requested information. Please ensure that your personal details are correct and complete.
Reservations become firm only after payment of an advance of at least 50% of the total value of the requested services.
The difference up to the total value of the accommodation services is paid by the time of check-in or directly at the reception, in cash or by bank card.
Last minute telephone reservations, not guaranteed by paying a deposit or providing valid bank card details, are kept in the reservation system until 5:00 PM on the day of check-in. After this time, in the absence of prior confirmation, reservations will be automatically canceled from the system.

Vacation cards: Pluxee (Sodexo), Up Romania, Edenred Card payment is available both at the hotel reception and at the restaurant. We accept the following types of cards: VISA, VISA Electron, VISA PayWave, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus, Revolut. Contactless cards are also accepted.

Invoicing and tax documents

The unit issues a tax receipt for any service provided.
The requested services are invoiced and sent with the confirmation of the reservation.
To issue the tax invoice, please send your personal data correctly:
Individual: CNP and full address
Legal person: company name and CUI

Be careful when making payments! Starting from 01.01.2024, the customer for issued tax invoices can no longer be changed. If you pay the advance to an individual, it can no longer be transferred to a company or to another person’s name.

Payment with holiday card

To pay the advance with a holiday card, please provide us with the following information:

Name and surname of the holder
Address
CNP (required)
Card issuing company (Edenred, Up, Sodexo)
Card number
Expiration date
Amount you want us to debit

Important
The cardholder must be present at the time of accommodation. The advance payment paid with the holiday card is non-refundable, but can be rescheduled under certain conditions.

Restaurant services

For a tax receipt with RO, please request it before it is issued.
For a tax invoice, the request must be made on the day of the meal service.

11. Cancellation, modification, rescheduling policy

Cancellations are communicated by the client directly to the Hotel Izvoare reception, by fax at 0350 412 200 or by e-mail at: rezervari@hotelizvoare.ro / office@hotelizvoare.ro. Cancellation takes effect only after written confirmation from the hotel.
Any reservation cancellation must be sent in writing to rezervari@hotelizvoare.ro with:
- minimum 2 calendar days before the first day of accommodation in low season/mid season
- minimum 14 calendar days before for special packages
Reservations can be canceled free of charge at least 48 hours before the check-in date for:
- reservations made directly to the hotel
- reservations through partner agencies, based on a cancellation order from the contracting agency
Cancellations made after this deadline are considered “No Show” and 100% of the contracted room rate for the entire reserved period will be charged.
Changing the period of accommodation or room type is done by written request, confirmed by the hotel reception, within the limit of available places.
Changing the accommodation period during the stay is not allowed. If the period is shortened, the full amount of the accommodation will be charged.
In exceptional cases (accident, death in the family, hospitalization – with supporting documents), cancellation can be made 24 hours before check-in. In this case, the amount paid as a deposit is not refunded, but the stay can be rescheduled for an available period, agreed upon by both parties.

12. Check-in and check-out policy

Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Check-in after 1:30 PM is possible, but this depends on availability on the day.

You are required to present your ID card or passport for registration in the hotel management system and issuance of the room access card. You must also check and sign the arrival and departure announcement form.

(time at which all services included in the package stop)

Early check-in / Late check-out
Only available if there are more than 5 rooms available on that day.
Please contact the hotel reception one day before arrival/departure.
These services incur additional costs.

Late check-out:

Until 16:00 → 80 RON supplement
Until 18:00 → 140 RON supplement
After 18:00 → full night’s accommodation fee

Early check-in:

Starting from 10:00 → 80 RON supplement
Starting from 08:00 → 140 RON supplement
Service can be confirmed 24 hours before check-in

Other useful information

Upon departure, the access cards must be handed over to the reception. If the card cannot be returned, an additional fee will be charged.
Products consumed from the minibar are paid for at the hotel reception.
Access to the sauna and massage services are subject to a fee and must be booked in advance at the reception.
Items forgotten or found in the room or on the hotel premises are kept for a maximum of 3 months.
The hotel is not responsible for items lost on the premises of the hotel, in the restaurant or in the beach/pool/bar area.

13. Children and extra bed policy

Families with children are welcome at Hotel Izvoare.

Children under 7 years old benefit from free accommodation and breakfast.
For children under 2 years old, there is the possibility of providing a baby cot. Please inform us of this option when making the reservation.
Children between the ages of 7 and 14 years old are accommodated in rooms with their parents. The rooms will be equipped with additional beds, for a fee. Lunch and dinner are paid according to the à la carte order.
Children over 14 years old are considered adults and pay for accommodation and meals according to adult rates.
Rooms occupied by an adult and a child over 7 years old are considered double rooms.
Hotel Izvoare does not accept accommodation for children under 18 years old who are not accompanied by their parents or legal representatives, except for those who are part of organized groups, accompanied by the group leader.

14. Pet policy

Pets, regardless of size, are strictly prohibited inside the hotel and in the restaurant.

15. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and adjacent areas, in accordance with the applicable legislation in force (Law no. 15/2016). It is only allowed in specially designed and signposted areas.
Smoking is allowed inside the hotel exclusively:
- on the terraces and balconies of the rooms,
- on the restaurant terrace,
- on the swimming pool terrace.
Failure to comply with this requirement, if smoking causes material damage (e.g. damage to the carpet, curtains, drapes, furniture), will result in:
- a fine established according to the internal regulations, communicated in the presentation folder,
- collection of the value of the damage caused.

16. Notifications

Any notifications regarding the terms and conditions contained on the site can be sent to the following address: office@hotelizvoare.ro.

17. Termination of acceptance

These terms are in effect for the duration of your access to the Site. You may terminate your acceptance of these terms at any time by disconnecting from the Site and destroying all materials obtained and all related documents whether made in accordance with the terms of the Agreement or otherwise.

18. Applicable law

The applicable law is Romanian law. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved by the competent court at the headquarters of SC BIOSAN SRL. You agree that any legal action arising from or in connection with the terms of this agreement will be brought before the courts of Romania, at the headquarters of SC BIOSAN SRL.
